Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Second Posture and Movement Awareness Seminar Held for Kindergarten Students

The second seminar on “Skeletal System and Posture Awareness in Kindergarten Students,” first held in December 2025 by the Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Physiotherapy Community in collaboration with the Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, was organized.

On Friday, March 13, 2026, at Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Kindergarten, a presentation on posture and movement awareness was given to kindergarten students by member students of the Physiotherapy Community and Dr. Lecturer Ayşenur YILMAZ. Group exercises and coloring activities conducted by member students of the Physiotherapy Community with kindergarten students led to enjoyable moments. As part of the event, posture and foot analyses of the students were conducted under the supervision of Dr. Lecturer Ayşenur YILMAZ, and necessary information was provided to the class teachers based on the findings obtained.

The event, attended by a total of 34 people, aimed to contribute to instilling correct posture and movement habits in children at an early age and was successfully completed.
